look for Favre to go deep often and early on our weak secondary....good coaches know thats the way to attack our Defense....I pray for a pass rush or we lose this one ugly.

'Twas Week 17 and all through the land, Miami was flowing with excited Fish fans.

The stage was set in the meadowland air, in hope that St. Pennington soon would be there.

The Jets fans were worried, alone in their beds, while nightmares of Wildcats danced through their heads.

Chad in his jersey and Sparano with cap, they just couldn't wait for that Sunday first snap.

From one and 15 arose such a clatter, I sprang off the couch to see what's the matter.

Wearing number 10, not to be outdone, I knew it was him, our St. Pen-ing-ton.

Now Ricky, now Ronnie, now Polite and Mar-tin , on Cobbs, on Bess, on Fasano and Ginn.

Chad sprang to the huddle, Joey Porter gave cheer, and onward they went, like a new team, a new year.

But then I heard Chad exclaim, as the team drove out of sight, Merry Christmas to all, and to Jets fans good night!

8 straight days of football
Sunday the 28th it begins.
Four or five NFL games per city are nationally televised and at least half of them have incredible playoff implications.
Then, it's bowl mania...
Monday's most interesting game is the Alamo Bowl, which is a stretch. Mizzou has to redeem themselves against Northwestern, blah
But from there it gets better and better
Holiday, Chikfila, Gator and Rose, Cotton and Sugar through the new year.
Then next weekend you got the NFL playoffs, two games each day, followed by the Fiesta Bowl.

then wait three days and see the BCS game in 3D

How can you even be thinking about LAME ass college football when the Dolphins might be making the play-offs?

uh... the dolphins game is on the top of my list.
that doesn't mean i won't watch college ball.

The Dolphins, Cowboys, Vikings, Chargers, and Ravens all have must win games to get to playoffs.
That's a big day for football.
The rest of the week, what are you gonna do? Sit around and wack off while anticipating the Wildcard games? There are at least half dozen bowl games to watch all week. You have at least one good game per day.
If all you do is hope for Miami to win, fine.
But if you like the game of football, there is more to life than the Dolphins.

But I understand that a letdown would knock football out of some people's taste buds.
However, I love football. My team could lose all their games and I would still watch others.

So why ask me whay I would watch college football bowl games IN ADDITION to (not instead of) the Fins/Jets game. It's one of many, wake up

Dolphins have no exciting players. They could win only because Farve isnt 100%.

Holy cow they got us picking 25th in the 2009 mock draft! And the Patriots pick ahead of us! http://www.walterfootball.com/draft2009.php Victor Harris CB virginia tech
If we lose to the Jets we get the 17th pick...that sounds much better! And we draft ahead of the JETs,so let's hope for a loss.

Ok gang we really need to evaluate this situation one more time; Lets see, we win and we have a shot at the Superbowl, we lose and we get to pick 8 spots sooner... Win, play in January...Lose, hope this Victor guy is still available at #17... You know what, I think every team with a shot is gonna play to lose this week so they can get that college player that will take the to the promised land...NOT! youre dumb!!!GO PHINS!!!

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Leo

If you look closely, you'll see a black cloud hovering over a loved one's head. They'll find the smallest excuse for losing their temper or throwing a tantrum, so tiptoe around them or try to jolly them out of their filthy mood. If the situation continues you may decide that it would be better to get the inevitable argument out of the way than to pussyfoot around them any longer.
