I wonder how much of Hall's big salary we'd have to pick up if the Ravens picked him up off waivers and if that's even possible under the salary cap. With Oakland, he didn't have much help nor much of a positive environment, and was used mostly in man to man defense, where as his earlier success had been in zone schemes. These factors can account for much of his troubles. I find it hard to believe he got so bad so fast and think he could help us at corner, where we're beat up and vulnerable.

None, he's been waived. he is a free agent able to sign with the highest bidder.

Not true, he has to clear waivers before he becomes a free agent. I forget how long it takes to clear waivers but I think its 3 or 4 days. If he clears wavers then he is a free agent. If someone claims him off waivers they must pickup the rest of his contract. No one is going to claim him. The question is since he already made $8 million this year will he play for less then he may be worth?

like I said, none. It's possible a Jerra Jones or a Snyder type might claim him but I doubt it.

Daily Horoscope for December 30

Pisces

You're thinking along very inventive lines today, which is brilliant if you're trying to decide what you want to achieve in 2010. Get out a notebook or diary and start jotting down your ideas, so there's no danger of forgetting them. Discussing some of your plans with someone you respect could lead to even more brainwaves, and will assure you of their moral and emotional support.
