With the absence of Plaxico Burress often given as a reason why the Giants didn't return to the Super Bowl last season, it is easy to forget that the team was without another All-Pro: Osi Umenyiora.

What does "another All-Pro" mean. Plaxico has never been to a pro bowl, yet be an all-pro.

The season has not started yet, but I would be lying if I said I wasn't excited to see what this defense can do. Lets hope the new DC is up to the task of filling Spags' shoes.

Great D and great receivers in the making. Giants have a great shot at getting to the NFC championship and beyond. Players need to develop, stay healthy and Eli needs to play better too!
