Ummmmmm, my calendar says October 5 is a Monday.
But never mind, just a trivial correction.

Thank you Green Bay management for getting rid of a hall of fame QB.

No thank you for some some play calling earlier in the game by Vikings offensive coaching staff.

Wow, we barely beat a very mediocre team in our own house.

Great win by the Vikings but someone needs to teach them how to cover the other teams tight ends and too many penalties. Getting a field goal blocked right up the middle almost cost them the game.

Special teams and penalties must improve. It wouldn't hurt to have the receivers catch a few of the easier passes by Brett.

Makes since having Da Crusher correct someone. That is like having PeeWee Herman preach self control. Or Jared Allen giving fashion tips.. How 'bout a BOLO to the bread basket Chrush?

So - let me get this straight ... SF loses Gore and it took a miracle to win this game? I'm a HUGE Vikings fan but damn! On another note - at least the Romeo Crennel Coors Light commercial is HILARIOUS! Go Vikes!

I will wager that this "mediocre" 49'ers team is in the playoffs this year. What a great win!

It was a great game - but I hate to say it -- We are going to lose our quarterback if the Offensive Line doesnt start doing some blocking for our QB. Brett can't do it alone. Do I need to start calling them woosies? Sure - if I fire them up they will want to beat me up instead of their opponents of whom they should be kicking on their hinies...

Defense again was not doing much by letting themselves get manhandled... This team still stinks!

And if you say who is 3 - 0 Baby??? I will say we are, but it isnt because of the dang team... they are getting gifts from above. They gotta start blowing these teams outta the water from the get-go. Show em who is boss. Man handle the opponents. Jeeze - stick it to em and win one for Bud Grant! I wont be happy until they actually are wearing a ring. So Offensive Line - kick the dang defensive line off the ball and protect your quarterback and let your offensive backs run the ball like they did game 1. Defense - gotta be more aggresive...

Thanks for the win...

Another spectacular miracle finish by Brett Favre! And this time it didn't result in a Viking defeat..how great is that?

Greg Lewis is an unknown no more, Favre continues to elevate the play of the players around him, great win,too close for comfort, but a great win regardless.

i thought favre looked pretty good and won a game that AD, once again against the niners, could not dominate. our receivers were dropping passes and once again our defense did not look like the dominant one we were expecting this season. mike singletary is the X factor. i would say it is pretty obvious that he has his guys ready to play. i knew this was going to be a very tough game just for that reason alone. i agree with iavikefan, this is a team to be reckoned with...singeltary is a smart, intense man that will have the niners in the playoffs. vikes are a much better team than the niners but they are lacking in that department. i am to the point where i like klink but think he should be in upper management, not on the sideline coaching.
