who cares the bears o line coach is very good. Anyone who can get the lineman the bears had to play that good is a very good coach. I was receuited by the guy when he was at u of I husteed or however u say his name is just as good or even better as Grimm. I mean look john at clair josh beekmam both played exceptionally well they problaby wouldn't even start on another team except the lions. Even though he is a good coach he needs some better lineman to work with. Jerry angelo better sign at least to free agent o linemen if they want to take the next step next year.

Bears line so good, they are to be rewarded by WATCHING the Super Bowl on TV.

I think Russ Grimm pronounced the McCaskey's name incorrectly. He should have said the McClassless. We have a coach that has no clue and Arizona has a coach that is going to the Super Bowl. Hmmm, Jerry what is your next brilliant move?

excuse me john but lovie did go to the super bowl. maybe not as quick as wisenhunt but he still went. not that i'm taking up for lovie but you have to give him at least that much. now guys like gandy who couldn't crack our lineup only to be starting somewhere else is one of the many players that are producing in the nfl. just look at marc colombo for example. the bears literally have themselves a starting line. they're just on other teams. players they decided weren't good enough to play here in chicago are doing good elswhere. why? better coaching and not having the chicago media singing and dancing like the can can girls. i'm telling you rex grossman is the next person to leave here. he will be a very good qb in this league. some team will give him good players to support him and make him more consistant. chicago is the only place where they ask a qb to make everyone around them better rather than the other way around. let's be honest there's not much you can do when coaching is bad and everytime you drop back the oline plays ennie meenie minie moe. i'm done with the chicago bears. i really hope rex goes to the vikes because i will be getting a jersey. after, being a fan since my youth i think i deserve a vacation from bad coaching and illogical thinking surrounding halas hall.

Jerseyboy,
If u think Rex has NFL skills u have LOST your mind. he has the pocket presense of a pair of socks. He has no IDEA what the defense is doing and his 3rd down impact is NEGATIVE.

Grimm would be great for the Bears but what did the Bears do, they chose Smith over Grimm. Guarantee you if George Sr. had been here he wouldn't have chosen the comatose Smith!

Smith took the Bears to the Super Bowl as head coach. Grimm is still an O-line coach for a reason.

And, if the bear wouldn't have stopped to take a dump in the woods, he would've caught the rabbit!
Let's face it, we're stuck with Lovie for now. At least we don't have to worry about him "tanking" another game against Tony Dungy.

it's not what i think it's what i know. how can you honestly hold rex to the highest standards when his coaches are not held to that standard nor or they even good enough to reach those standards. rex did what he did with lack of coaching but your not talking about that. the qb position takes a lot. not only to understand philosophy but to actually put it together on the field. ron turner and pep hamilton both suck. i'm done with chicago fans. not all but some of you just don't know football. why? because you never played football anywhere. your all just emotional fans that think everything is owed to you. look it up chicago is one of the oldest franchise but also one of the cheapest and poorest ran organizations.

The defense and special teams took the Bears to the SB not Lovie Smith. What did the offense do for the Bears, just made sure they didn't lose the game. That was the way it was all year. Now who are you his publicist?

I'm not his publicist but that would be a sweet gig.

What does the offense (number 2 scoring offense in 2006) have to do with anything? I merely stated that while you pine for the o-line coach of a Cinderella 9-7 team, a team that was dead last in rushing, last in yards per carry and gave up 1 less sack than the Bears o-line, our coach is far more accomplished.

Much like Ron Rivera, why hasn't anyone snatched up Russ Grimm since he was turned down by the Bears?

Daily Horoscope for November 30

Sagittarius

As much as the robust Archer would like to indulge, today you must mind your health. If you go out to celebrate the holidays, go easy on the rich foods and spirits. Too much alcohol and you might find yourself saying the absolute wrong thing to the right person, thus blowing what could be a perfectly lovely evening. Strive for moderation.
