I would bet that the good, religious people of Arkansas wouldn't cut any slack to a trailer trash or black guy. Unless they happened to be an ex-razorback football player.

I'm a cop and thats how the legal system works no matter who you are....Star or regular citizen...the court system doesn't punish people....ESPECIALLY when it's your first offense. So stop the special treatment crap.

im currently in washigton madison county drug court, it a good program and we have equal ammont upper class, middle class and poor. Every one is givin a chance. So dont talk about something you dont know. Due some reasearch before you speek.

please understand that it is hard for people that have cocaine felonies and had to plead guilty to the crime to see this light tap given to another man. Hell some of us made mistake when we were young and forever are locked out of jobs and careers becuase we now have a felony. This will nt even go on his record. How fair is that man!!! I got a degree and cant get a job. Explain that.
