Awful article. This belongs in the Washington Post. We don't want to hear about Jim Zorn. Jason Campbell has three years as a starter. You can't compare him to a rookie, especially since that Rookie is already better then him.

I have a major dilemma this week: Who to root for?

As a young pup growing up in Pigtown I was a Colt fan and stayed a Colt fan until the moving vans pulled out on 3/30/84. During that time of course I hated the Redskins as any self respecting Colt fan would. Then I came to hate the NFL and what they had allowed to happen to my former team and focused on baseball totally. I viewed the new football team with utter disdain and hatred, the location of the new stadium was a blight on my vision of Camden Yards and my regular parking space. Further, I felt the areas entertainment dollar could not afford to be split, so I rooted against the Ravens success. After all I was there when the city caved on the Colts, why should they get another chance at the expense of someone else's well supported team? Now I find myself in a no-win situation this Monday morning (I won't actually watch the game) if the Ravens win, Baltimore area fans will continue this fascination with this stolen team. If the Redskins win I have to continue to hear the various playoff scenarios around the water cooler from those insufferable Redskin fans, I just cant win with this one.

Relieve youself from this dilemma and save yourself from any additional excess stress, root for the Ravens!

One other thing, it should comfort you to know that the Ravens is not a stolen team. Baltimore met the owners’ demands after Cleveland willfully declined.

I heard Harbaugh talk about what a Ravens - Redskins game means to Baltimore. Harbaugh may not care about this, since it was a long time ago and certainally before his time. Harbaugh was brought here to streighten out this franchaise and win football games, not worry about past hate. He has done the best job i've seen in 55 years of watching and rooting for Baltimore football. But he should still know - That it was the Redskins owner, Jack Kent Cooke, who single-handed keep Baltimore from getting football in the earily '90's. We offered by far the best package to the league. But the Redskins owner Jack Kent Cooke who wanted to build in Laurel and have the whole Washington and Va, area plus the entire Baltimore area so he stuffed millions of dollars into Tagliebue's pockets and kept the great football city, Baltimore, from obtaining a franchise. Tagliebue along with Cooke were thiefs and liers, they were the worst. Tagliebue of course had worked in Washington amoung the elite snobbs for years before becoming the Commish of the NFL. That along with the Baltimore Colts treating the Redskins like redheaded step-children in the '50's,'60's, and the '70's. We have always hated those elite snobbs, and rightfully so. You think this game is going to be close? If you think 38-19 is close than your right. We are going to crush them like a bug. You can take it to the bank. That's what I think of Harbaugh, his coacing staff, and our players. Hur- Ruh!

Typical attitude for someone who grew up in pigtown, not too many smart or classy people have emerged form that slime pit part of town, thanks for leaving , and you better hope the people in Arlington don't find out where you grew up , they will throw you out!!!!

Maybe Vinnie Cerrato or Phil Savage can be a receptionist for Ozzie Newsome next year.

If Paul Tagliabue and the NFL had awarded Baltimore with an expansion franchise instead of giving a team to Jacksonville of all places, then the Browns never would have moved here. Blame the NFL and blame Tagliabue. After all, Tagliabue was/is a Redskins fan and was friends with Jack Kent Cooke.

I do blame the NFL for allowing the move in the first place and for letting the colors go with the team. But I believe if we had hung tough as a city and sold that place out until the bitter end we would have been first in line for expansion. An expansion team would have been something I could embrace, I could never enjoy watching and rooting for some other cities team though. I lived it, I had too much empathy for those people in Cleveland to do that.

I can't believe Jim Zorn is 55. He doesn't look that old and I can't be as old as that makes me 8^0
