This is a good move. Without a real quarterback the Jets would just be the same mediocre team they always are. If Sanchez turns into the franchise quarterback he has the potential to, the Jets have a chance to go somewhere. I just hope people realize that it often takes rookie quarterbacks a few years to adjust to the NFL.

I'm still trying to get on board with this. We still have glaring needs at TE/WR/DE...I like the Shonn Greene pickup.

Sanchez is as prepared to go to New York as anyone, having played in high-profile programs all the way from high school at Mission Viejo (btw-the team he lead to a CIF championship has 11 D-1 scholarship players on it) and at USC (say no more)...Bob Johnson, his HS coach (and quarterback trainer, along with his sons Brett and Rob (ex Buffalo Bills) are masters at getting guys ready, as is Pete Carroll...

New York will do well with this guy...

Wow, what incredible insight you showed there by calling someone a name. What are you, 13 years old?

I guest i have to back the pick obviouly the brain trust does not believe in any of the QBs on the team. They have addressed all of the other needs but reciever. We seam to be in good standings with the Browns maybee we can lure Braylon away from the Browns.

I thought we went all-in last year with Favre...

I guess this is a double elimination tournament
