I'd give Higgins another year before I'd lable him a bust. Moses didn't even make it out of camp and with Henderson not showing anything, I'd go ahead and give him a bust lable. How were the Raiders not informed of Henderson being slow to learn when they were looking for someone who would make an imediate impact?
