Plenty of JAGs have had plenty of games like Orange Julius had against Carolina last year. Troy hambrick did. Timmy Smith did in a Super Bowl. And that's a slap in the face to Troy Hambrick to say Julius Jones' pre-season was Hambrick-esque. Hambrick was never that bad, and at least he didn't cost us a whole draft. there are zero true/solid starters from the 2004 Draft.
Fragile Julius has always been a spare. He had one OK season at Notre Dame and plenty of injuries. Well, who could survive those bruising defenses of Army and Navy?
Has any Cowboy back ever run into traffic as scared as Jones? Rowdy would serve the team better at running back.

i believe Julius Jones is a good back,i also believe he's able to be an even better back if dallas strengthened their O-line.How much possibly do you expect a man to do with defensive linemen looking in your face 3yards behind the line of scrimmage, give him run support and he will do just fine,1,000yards easily.

Looks to me that Julius Jones just can't re-capture the spark of his first season that was pretty eye-popping. Then he played behind an offensive line that wasn't superior to the one we have now.
I guess I'm jumping off the Julius bandwagon, sadly.

I agree. While JJ obviously isn't Barry Sanders (who didn't exactly have the best line) he can be productive behind a good O-line. Hopefully, Parcells has made the right decisions concerning that front five and Julius can finally have his breakout season.

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Pisces

Are you feeling fraught? It certainly seems that way, perhaps because you've got far too much on your plate and not nearly enough time to tackle it all. Do yourself a big favor and start with whatever is most urgent, otherwise you'll waste time by dithering or getting caught up in trivial tasks. Above all, don't get into a panic because that will squander valuable time and energy.
