After reading today's column, I see no acknoledgement of the Bucs 27 to 3 thrashing of the Panthers. I may be wrong, but in your weekly predictions you have yet to pick the Bucs as a winner. The Bucs current record is 4-2. Am I seeing some bias from a professional journalist spewing a "bash Gruden" mentality?

Maybe the donuts were removed from the Buc's media day?

Carl -- That's not it at all. In the Monday Morning QB I seldom say much if anything about the Bucs, Dolphins and Jags because I know each will get major coverage elsewhere in the section. That's why I am the MMQB at fans of other NFL teams or just fans with general interest about the league.

Richard Incognitio's trash talking (to the ref), has to be the boneheaded play of the day. How in the world can you justify trash talking to the ref, and then getting a 15 yard unsportsmanlike behavior penalty? I am sure that he is doing wind sprints until he gets smarter.(As if that will ever happen.)

Of course, the Detroit Lions quarterback rolling out and getting a safety was an equally boneheaded play. It wasn't as if he was just BARELY out of bounds. It looked as if he was trying to get off the field so that no one would identify him as a Lions player. I guess that being smart isn't a prerequisite for being a Detroit Lion.(And I am a Lions fan)

Sigh.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Scorpio

Something that you've always taken for granted or believed implicitly could have a big question mark hanging over it during the next few weeks. The more entrenched your views are about this, the more difficult it will be to accept that perhaps it's time for a change of opinion or, at the very least, a revaluation of what you think. Mercury turns retro in your house of communications, so do your best to be open-minded now.
