The Raiders hierarchy needs to attempt to hire THIS GUY as our defensive coordinator. He was a pretty good one when with the Giants. Anything would be an improvement over Bresnahan. Of course he would probably want to hire some NFL capable DBs. Again, anything would be an improvement. I have never seen a more incompetent group of DBs in my life. When Lito Shepherd is your best DB you need help. Lots and lots of help.
