Starting Griese was only a temporary change to begin with, Garcia was out of shape and anyone who watched game 1 can tell you he wasnt himself. Once Griese got the nod it was only a matter of time before he was injured as has been his unfortunate pattern. Griese did a good job in those games he started, he won plain and simple, yeah he threw the picks but again, he is who we thought he was. Now that Garcia looks back to being himself and he did once he got the chance against Denver, I expect him to finish the season as the starter we all came to know and appreciate last year. He looks so much more capable and in control of the offense than Greise its really not even a hard choice if hes in shape.
Go Bucs! Go Gators beat LSwho! |
