Bucs getting long in tooth

As much as I like those guys, they have been paid well, should they want to retire as a Buc, they should take a cut and a lesser role, help mentor new blood, young hungry players that have the stamina and haven't been beaten up for years. They have to remember it is a business and a Team sport, they win as a team and lose as a team. If winning means stepping aside, do whats best for the team.

Go Bucs. I love watching you guys its exciting, heartbreaking but fun.

Yeah, let's just focus on the old guys on the roster no matter how little they were involved or if they are FAs that won't be returning.

It's just not done to talk about the Bucs young core of Jackson, Ruud, Adams, Penn, Sears, Faine, Joseph, Trueblood, Talib because that kills of the myth that every Bucs player is 30 or older.

It's not like every team has a few older vets in the locker room to provide leadership is it? The young Cards are full under 27year olds like Warner, Edge, Berry, Robinson, Okeafor. I wish we were as youthful as the mighty Packers with ther starting CBs, OTs and #1 WR all being in the prime of their career.

Did you just have to fill a quota so came up with this garbage or something, the "Bucs are old" line is the thing that's really old.

Your point about older players on other rosters is well taken, but would you rather have the 30-something Bucs I mentioned or the 30-somethign Cards you mentioned?

The Buffalo Bills need a GM, but their owner, Ralph Wilson, is thought of as being cheap. Might Bruce Allen be willing to work cheap?

I actually think all the Bucs 30 something crew played really well this past season Brooks and Barber are in the Pro Bowl, Garcia played his butt off and Kevin Carter was solid all year long....

We also have plenty of young up and coming talent on the roster.... with the likes of Jackson, Adams, Stylz, Haye, Talib, Clayton,Geno Hayes, Parris Warren (hes back),..... It goes on and on the problem was Gruden's inability to get these players more involved....

I think we need to Draft the best player on the board this year or try to move up to snatch a QB like Stafford or a WR like Percy Harvin and we would be good to go for the future.....
