People might say, "Your coordination doesn't change." Wrong. Look at Pacman Jones. He was one of the worst return men in the NFL last season. He was a terrible nickel back. In 2006, he was regarded as a shut-down corner and one of the best in the game. A year removed from the NFL completely changed his development. He lost some of his instincts he used to have because he wasn't in good form.
