zzzzzzzzzzz-They could easily lose to FAU as they did last year and if they do-they won't win another this season. The Huckster has zero credibility.

What is the article supposed to be about? The in-the-pocket-of-the-Vikings media still trying to sell hope for a team that will be lucky to be sniffing for a wild card spot in week 17? Don't read it or post about it if it is such BS.

I thought it was pretty balanced writing. They are young, trying to upgrade talent, and winning games against teams they should while getting a bunch of young guys experience. What I hope doesn't happen is if they do go to a 3rd tier bowl game this year the media and Brewster don't act like it was the resurrection of the century. We fired Mason for going to 3rd rate bowl games year in and year out. Brewster needs to get to a Capital One Bowl type game on Jan. 1st in the 2009 season.

You certainly can't get excited about the wins they've gotten. As per Gopher S.O.P. they began their season playing nobodies. Granted it wasn't Hamline, St. Thomas and Stout, but it still wasn't exactly Florida, Texas or Cal. I'm glad we have some momentum, but I would hardly say we have cause for excitement.

MIAC schools abviously aren't Big Ten caliber but it is still filled with a lot of kids who were great high school players. It is pretty good football for anyone who has never been to a game. I highly recommend it.
