Just another example of how wimpy the Colts players are. Race drivers win races with broken back, cracked ribs. and other injuries with out stopping. Guess they are just more commited to thier sport that the over paid Colts players.

Are you really this dense?

How many race car drivers have 300 pound defensive tackles who can bench press 400 pounds, trying to crush them 50 times in a 4 hour span? Most, if not all, race car drivers wouldn't last five minutes in a full contact situation in the NFL. How many 40 year olds do you see playing professional football?

Almost every player that you see on Sundays is playing with some kind of medium, to serious, injury. I can't believe you are seriously comparing sitting in a car and driving around a track, to slamming your body into a brick wall called an offensive lineman, or running back.

The violence and physicality of the NFL far exceeds anything a race car driver will EVER endure.

How many football players can take 3 to 5 times the force of gravity for 2 or more hours?

Most, if not ALL of them.

I can't believe you're still actually trying to make this comparison. As I asked before, how many 40-year-olds do you see playing pro football?

Sitting in a car with your entire body braced in a seat and harness is a heck of a lot easier than having your body slammed to a dead stop from a full run. I'd say many of those collisions greatly exceed 2 Gs. Those NASCAR drivers would be broken in half.

Driving a race car takes physical conditioning, but nothing on the scale of what a professional football player goes through.

Daily Horoscope for January 1

Sagittarius

Happy New Year, Saggitarius! Despite the headache, your motivation level is high today, setting a trend for the rest of the year. You'll be surrounded by relatives and friends all year and will work passionately to help them, as you do. Things go smoothly today, and you're absorbed with the duties of new year. Be careful that you don't neglect your own health, though. You can't help others if you're run down.
