4)trade john beck for draft

It's Sunday and time to unleash our pass rush on that little twerp Beck!
We have a good defensive backfield and should get some takewaways. The only way the awfulins can get somewhere is to run the ball with a banged up running back Chapstick. Next it's corn Cobb.

Here is the problem. Beck is 26 years old. When he hits his stride he will start to have diminished physical skills. Being optimistic, the dolphins have a four to five year quarterback, if he makes it. Presto......they have another Trent Green!

The Dolphins need to take a long look at Beck. A QB often looks as good as his supporting personnel.
There are not a lot of playmakers
and talent right now for Beck to look good. He has also played in a mud bowl that should have been cancelled. He needs a chance to proove himself. The Dolphins would be making a mistake to use a high draft choice on a QB, with so many other position needs. He should be further evaluated in the remaining games but he seems to have enough arm and talent to not draft another QB in the early rounds.

give the kid some time, he looked really good out there last week.....he did somethings that veteran quarterbacks do......before he passes the ball he looks at the field....lots of veterans dont do that....they just throw the ball to the selected play...

cindy....he is 26,,,hits his stride at 29, maybe sooner.....he still has until is late 30's as a quarterback.....give us all a break ....at quaterback it not a 3to 5 year deal. a lot of quarterbacks are playing a good game into the 38 39 range....
