Another non-issue drama piece from Newsday.

Besides, with Plax gone for good, Moss never turning into anything, Manningham not developing at all this season, and Tyree a mystery if he ever comes back, where is Amani going?

You have Smith, Hixson, Boss and Amani....with Manningham and maybe a draft pick for depth.

I LOVE TOOMER! Has been a class act and great New York Giant his entire career. He is older and his role isnt what it once was, but it would be a shame for a classy organization like the Giants not to resign Toomer. Its not like he doesnt want to end his career with the Football Giants. I think he will only help the young Wr's. You need a guy like that and Toomer is perfect. He has has spent his entire career as a Giant and holds Giants records. He better be back. I think he will be.
Dont be suprised if he has a good game either just like he did on the first possession last year in the 2nd round against Dallas runining for that long TD and adding one later in the game.

Why do you idiots always write stories like this the week before a playoff game. He's got an entire off season to worry about next year.

Toomer will come up with some big catches in the playoffs. If Plax is gone next yr they should definitely bring Toomer back to help everyone else along and I think he can still contribute even if it may be as a backup.

Why all this negative crap from these assrag sportswriters? The Giants, however the end of the season went, were 12 & 4. The freaking Eagles were 8-7-1. Yes, anything can happen in one game. But to think the Eagles are what the Giants were last year, or that the Giants lost their "mojo", you're completely high! You can't even compare the two. Maybe because they thought that the Mets made a major slide at the end of their season to open a door for the Philllies, that perhaps the same could be said of the Eagles. Bull dinky! I hope the Giants embarass them so bad that they will have to retire what's his name?

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Leo

You'll be action-oriented today, Leo. If truth be told, intense physical activity has the ability to soothe you much more than frenzied mental exercise. Invitations to madness are the wrong thing for you, but they are tempting nonetheless. Dig in your heels and do what you know you have to do. When driving this evening, take extra care.
