Minutes after the Ravens' 29-10 thumping of the Oakland Raiders Sunday, Jared Gaither had already steeled himself for his positional meeting with offensive line coach John Matsko today.

Gaither will get better. He is still young but shows he can be a starter in the NFL!

So far, we have seen this team do a great job of correcting mistakes. The defensive penalties have lowered. The turnovers by Flacco has lowered and we haven't seen any for two weeks straight. Special teams coverage has improved as has returns. Stover has fixed his issues.

I can't help but feel confident in Gaithers, and the rest of the line, working on the penalties and lowering them as well.
