UCF can limit the turnovers a win at USF is possible and it would make UCF's season by ruining USF's season, that would make this loss palatable.

Ya, we lost, and I cannot offer a reason other than 4 or 5 straight turnovers in the third. Now, before any USF fans jump on that stat...I believe USF had 4 turnovers on the day as well.

Either way, I am still a UCF fan.

I will congratulate USF on the win and their maintained ranking.

How did USF almost lose to FAU? We never trailed the entire game. FAU is a decent team, they would probably beat UCF if the game were played in Ft. Lauderdale. We played sloppy, but still won - that's what good teams do. Unlike UCF, who manages to find ways to give games away that they should win. You give "U Can't Finish" a whole new meaning!

If you thought East Carolina's defense was tough, just wait until you see USF's.

What makes this loss so disappointing is that it was yet another game where we beat ourselves. Offensively we did more than enough to win the game, especially in the first half. On the defensive side it was obvious that Chris Johnson was their go-to guy. I really don't understand how we continued to let him make big play after big play.

We need to really wake up and learn that football is four quarters and you CAN'T lose the intensity.

This loss hurts, but we just need to move on and look ahead to next week. We also still have a very good chance to win conference.

Things that MUST be improved: more defensive pressure on the QB, better play in the secondary, and Israel has got to learn to just make smarter decisions. We all know he can, no more relapses.

Unless you are in the Big East, and last time I checked you were not, win or not it will not "ruin" the USF season. It will be UCF's last chance to go 1-2 in the series between USF & UCF because this game will be the end of the series. It should be a fun game lets hope for no rain!

USC lost at home to Stanford anything can happen UCF can play their first real complete game with no turnovers and USF is due for a loss.

Blowing an 11-point halftime lead and getting outscored by 25 points in a single quarter is a routing.

Not a lot of chest thumping going on here by UCF fans this time. Well, UCF finally played a team with more than 1 win, and they promptly fall flat on their face. No doubt this is what those of us who really know college football knew would happen. ECU was only 2-3, but they ain't Louisiana-Lafeyette. And still UCF has never beat a ranked team, been ranked, won a bowl game, and is 2-37 against BCS schools. Come on UCF let's hear how UF is jealous or UCF will win out the season and be ranked or how UCF will "stomp" USF. Where's all the big bad talk now guys?????? Didn't think so!.

Apparently you don't follow college football and have no clue about scheduling, and don't know that we have a 4 game series with USF.

Total disapointment.

UCF has got to get their team together. And that starts with the coach. I was skeptical about hiring O'leary because of his falsified resume and now it is showing. Get a real coach at UCF and maybe we can do something. We have never had a real coach. The athletic director needs to be evaluated and possibly replaced. We need a real, legitament coach. Period. We have never had that.
