WHY THE JAGS WOULD NOT WANT VICK Rust Vick hasn't played for two seasons, and he may be rusty. The NFL is extremely competitive and it remains to be seen if Vick has lost some of his athletic ability and edge while he was incarcerated. Even at the height of his career, Vick was considered only a mediocre passer. If Vick doesn't present the same threat as a rusher, his value is diminished considerably. Bad Publicity If the Jags decide to bring Vick in, they can count on protests by animal-rights groups. Vick may have paid his debt to society in eyes of the legal system, but there are many people that will never forgive him for the heinous crimes he served time for. If Jacksonville brings Vick in, he will be THE story in training camp and until he plays. Signing Vick will be a hard sell for any team to make to its fans and season-ticket holders. Uncertain Status NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has outlined Vick's return to the NFL, but almost as many questions remain as were answered. If the Jags sign Vick, will they have to wait until Week 6 to use him? Would Goodell consider lifting the suspension before then or extending it through the entire season? There are a lot of unknowns associated with Goodell's decision, which makes it even scarier given the unknown status of Vick's physical and mental condition. WOW that would be anyone

ConVick is a convicted felon with blood on his hands. The NFL can get along just fine without the likes of him around.

Except for a few sympathetic or misguided fans, nobody wants to see this idiot anymore. At least he's not coming to Baltimore.
