Flare-ups relative for Cousins

Kyle Boller continues to show why he is considered one of the best backups in the NFL. He knows how to play at pro level, he is just somethig like the 40th best quarterback in the league. It is hard to be dominant with the 40th best quarterback -- but with our O-line we will not be dominant with even the 10th best.

For the "derby" I expect Troy Smith to start, as a statement of change from Harbaugh. But I expect Kyle to finish the season as starter.

We need to keep Kyle. Quarterbacks go down, and having a nearly-first-string quality backup is essential on any team. And neither Flaco nor Smith look to be better, at least at this point.

This Cousins sounds like he suffers from the same thing the Ravens have suffered from for years, undisciplined. I am sure he'll get flagged at the most inopportune times this year and cost us a game.

Oniel Cousins should be constantly reminded of Zeus Brown letting his temper get the best of him and how it cost the Ravens in the playoff loss to the Titans a few seasons ago.
