I think the wise move would be to trade taylor. Yes, he is a very good player, but Miami needs to get younger. If we can get a couple of draft picks for him, trade him! Trade Zach Thomas also. Crowder did a good job at middle linebacker.

I think they keep Taylor, maybe trade Thomas and a few others to get well below the salary cap and then sign some FA's. A playmaking WR and help in the secondary (Bob Sanders, Asante Samuel) then maybe some O-line help as well. If they make some good decisions in the draft (Parcells knows how to evaluate talent) we could be on the right track back to the playoffs in two years. My biggest concern is QB, I think they need to sign a veteran to a one year contract, draft Matt Ryan or Brennan (from Hawaii) and keep Trent Green on as a QB coach. Just my opinion though.

definately agree on signing secondary help. I also expect Miami to draft a cornerback fairly high. I believe Miami is already 15 million under the salary cap. Miami will definately draft a quarterback, the only question is the round. With Cleo Lemon less than impressive, Miami may indeed sign a veteran and draft a quarterback. I also hope they bring in some free agent quarterbacks. Never can tell, you might get lucky and hit paydirt. Miami definately needs a WR to replace marty booker. And Miami just signed a guard off of the ravens practice squad. He weighs 338 and stand 6' 4". I wonder if parcells had a hand in this.
