NOTES: Kubiak wants more from Williams

He's found another gear. He's playing the way I think everybody expected him to play from the day he walked in the door here. I know there were a lot of expectations of him, and he's really stepped his game up. Texans coach Gary Kubiak said Mario Williams played well against the Titans, but the team needs the second-year player to take his game to another level. via Houston Chronicle
