It would be great to have Marvin back, but if this is not the game, will he be ready for any others? Sometimes you have to play through the pain, especially after the MDs have said you are ready to go.
This is a big game, maybe even bigger than the Pats.
Go Colts!!!!!!

No mention of Ugoh so maybe that's a good sign. Of course,as Phil pointed out,the mystery there was that Ugoh had practiced for a week and a half before the Atlanta game. Seems like they really are making sure the kid does not hit the wall.

Bad news when they say,"We're hoping Marvin will be ready to go". That means he won't be playing. We can still beat the Jags, but it won't be easy. We'll have to play our best game.

In Tony we trust. Coach will make the right decision on who plays and when.

I remember Ron Meyer playing Albert Bentley too soon after a seperated shoulder and he ended up blowing out his knee thus ending his career.Marvin Harrison is a Hall of Famer and theres absolutly no sense in pushing his return.Whats the rush?

What did his seperated shoulder have to do with him blowing out his knee?

At least Jax will be without Stroud and Peterson.

Even without Stroud and Peterson, they are still much better defensively than the Colts. I think the only player on our defense that would start on their defense is Bob Sanders, and that's not even a sure thing.

That is a very dumb comment.

Harrison back would be great, but I honestly think Ugoh being out is the biggest loss right now. Hopefully he'll be back and can resum his form. Nobody that has filled in on his spot has even done an average job yet. Give Peyton a little bit of time and he could throw me 10-12 completions for 100+. An effective and healthy Ugoh instantly makes this offense better. When you can't run to the left, run a draw or really use play action or 7 step drops...your offense will be limited.

I couldn't agree more. His decision will be criticize, I'm sure, but I completely trust his judgement and hope that if Marv isn't able to play Sunday, he's rested for the games headed into the playoffs.

How do I find out if Marvin practiced today? Somebody in my fantasy league has offered me MH for Kevin Jones. I'm taking the deal if I find out MH practiced today, but I'm sure my trading partner will withdraw the offer if he learns MH practiced today.
From what little I know about it, Marvin would definitely be playing in pain, but his knee would be healthy from a purely medical standpoint.

Right...

Our defense has slowly become loaded with very talented players. Look at the draft the past few years. We've got some incredible talent. The best secondary in the NFL, for one.

Marvin: You are great and we miss you, sure, but you don't have to hurt your knee any further to prove to us how awesome you are. My hubby and I have both remarked "Marvin would have caught that" or "Marvin would have made sure he stayed in bounds", etc. I wear an 88 shirt proudly and will even if you don't play on Sunday. Season ticket holders are not fair weather fans! Go Colts!

The Colts have the #2 defense in the NFL behind the Steelers. The Colts are head and shoulders above the Jags.

That said... for whatever reason the Colts release Rice. Not sure who is going to play that position now.

Daily Horoscope for December 10

Pisces

You should have a lucky break today when fate steps in and takes a hand. For instance, a situation may seem to be heading for disaster when you're suddenly bailed out in ways you would never have imagined. However, this doesn't mean you can take foolish risks in the hope that things will work out all right because there's no guaranteeing that they'll do so automatically.
