Well, I will agree with him there.....they will have to play better than they did today to win next week.

But....that was still a MONUMENTAL WIN!!!

And the truth of the matter is, there isn't another QB on our team that could've pulled that off.

GO VIKINGS!!!!!!!!

I guess those of us who wanted Favre are not racist now! We haven't heard from all of you accusers yet this morning who couldn't accept that we really were not racist but wanted the best QB for our team. The silence is deafening.

Man-o-man next Monday night is going to be epic.

Can anyone remember as big a game as this first Vikes/Packers game is going to be? Normally it's a knock down drag out anyway. But this last win, and with Favre being in purple, it's going to be just crazy.

Ratings are going to go through the teflon roof.

Thanks Brett, for the first 300 yard passing game since 2005. Keep slinging it! Skol Vikings!

Yeah, those that tried to play the 'race card' are cowards and we will not hear from them until we lose a game and only then will they emerge from the dark recesses of their minds to wildly fling taunts and insults at anyone who seems to be enjoying this season. These kinds of people generally exist on the edge of relevancy and are not to be acknowledged in a serious conversation.

Totally agree with you. Green Bay will have a everything to prove on Monday Night, even more-so than MN I think. I think our Defense with shine in this game and make things very difficult for Mr. Rodgers. This is Green Bay's game to prove to the world that losing Favre wasn't that big of a deal.
But they will fall quite short. I predict MN by 14. Favre with 2 TD's, AP with 1 TD, and the Defense with 1 TD as well. MN 31, GB 17.

Favre is a bum. He fades the 2nd half, has for the past 15 years. He won against 0-17 Detriot, 0-3 Cleveland, and narrowly escaped with a hocus- pocus pass against the 9ers who haven't won a game in 25 yrs worth anything. The NFC has 2 teams, NYF & Saints. The AFC has 4 or 5 teams. The rest of the NFL are bottom feeders and 1/2 of those have thrown in the towel after game 3.

Oh yeah, it is great seeing Brett deliver the goods in purple, but I believe his fellow players could step it up a notch and help protect the ol' guy...teams like Philly will be in the playoffs, and their "D" is even better than SF's.

I agree with you 110%! It is quiet this morning from "those people," isn't it??
Yesterday's game was incredible! That is exactly why we got Favre! Incredible finish! When he's in the game, no matter what the circumstances, you always believe he can find a way to rally the troops and win! Never had that feeling with T-jack or Sage. I did notice T-jack ran onto the field yesterday after the TD pass and hugged Favre...that's a 1st!! Maybe T-jack will change his attitude and learn from the best to play the game, huh? Enjoy the season!!!

Wow, that's exactly what I told someone today! I was at that game when Rashad caught that incredible pass in the final seconds!! On a cold winter day in December @ Metropolitan Stadium....good memories! I bet there will be more good memories!! Enjoy the season!! Next week is the Packers! Oh boy, the Badgers vs Gophers on Sat @ the new TCF Stadium, and Packers vs Vikings on Monday Night Football!! We'll need plenty of beer next weekend!!

Oh brother, you are mr negativity! Are u related to Dennis Green?? LOL!!
Favre is not a bum, but it sounds like you might be one. Anybody who knows anything bout football knows yesterday's game was dynamic and proves why the Vikings got Favre! You can bet T-jack would never finish a game like that nor would Sage! Gee, I wonder what your opinion is about Tom Brady. He got very lucky the 1st game vs the Bills and then they got their dues the 2nd week when they lost to the Jets, what a laugher! Yesterday, they barely pulled off a victory; the refs always seem to help them out now that Billichuk cannot cheat anymore. Go find another team.....you're a negative loser!! Don't spoil our party, dude!!

MONDAY NIGHT WILL BE QUITE AN EVENT. THE VIKES WILL WIN BIG IF THEY BRING THEIR A GAME. I WAS IN ST. LOUIS AND WATCHED THE PACKERS BEAT THE PITIFUL RAMS. GOT TO SEE DEACON JONES GET HIS NUMBER RETIRED. LONG OVERDUE AND EMOTIONAL FOR A DISFUCTIONAL ORGANIZATION. I HOPE THE VIKINGS PUT THE NAILS IN TT MM AND MM PROVERBIAL COFFIN. JARED ALLEN HAS TO BE SALIVATING AT THE THOUGHT OF FACING THIS PACKER LINE. CHILDRESS LOOKS LIKE A GENIOUS RIGHT NOW.
