He was listed as probable with a shoulder problem in every game from 2003 to the 2008 opener. He's had a seperated shoulder for years...

What matters is if he performs. Hoyer led the Pats back for a 38-27 victory over the FLUKE Giants.

He went 18-of-25 for 242 yards with 1 TD. Overall, he performed very well. Under the tutelage Of BB and Brady, expect to see a huge transformation with this guy...
