Why is it a battle for the backup? Orton's nothing more than a backup himself. They let the only QB they had go. Otis you are an idiot. Sorry!
And what QB would that be sir? If you are talking about Grossman the market speaks for itself.

As inactive as this so called NFL team has been in the off season, this is all u have 2 write about? It says volumes about where this team is headed.

Why is a fan of a team that is 0-16 running any smack? The Lions are the most pathetic franchise in all of sports. Until your team gets a win shut your piehole.

These 3 QB's on most NFL rosters would be a #2,#3, and #4 QB's.

It's simple Jerry needs to sign Cutler. With him you will have your QB situation squared away for years. These guys are not the answer.

To stay put would mean having to draft another QB and hoping he pans out. I don't trust Jerry's draft choices when it comes to office. However he has made a couple of good free agent signings.

If the Bears finish 2-14 (sweeping Detroit) I will consider it a 0-16 because we didn't beat anyone. Two wins against a garbage team shouldn't save any jobs. As bad as things are with the Bears I thank God I am not a Detroit Lions fan. Only the 2008 Lions can make the 1976 Tampa Bay Buccaneers team look like a bunch of pro bowlers.

Just saw your post, BS. Okay, I'm an idiot....which is why Grossman is STILL sitting on his hands, even after guys like J.T. O'Sullivan and Jon Kitna have jobs!!

The NFL has voted, and Wrecks is irrelevant. Good riddance. Orton and Hanie will duke it out, I'm looking forward to it.

You're not an idiot Otis. Don't be so hard on yourself just because you don't realize we ran our best QB out of town and now the team is trying to sell us on a backup QB who can't complete a pass more than 15 yards downfield as having "potential".

Hanie for starting QB in 2009!!
