NFL Preview - Washington

The Redskins will put more pressure on the quaterbacks than they have since charles mann and dexter manley years

The redskins will pressure the quaterbacks much more this season

AS a L-O-N-G time Redskin fan I am sorry to say that I do not have much hope for this year's edition of the Redskins.
Washington has a starting quarterback that they have made obvious that they do not really want.
They have a starting and featured running back that you know will miss several games because of injury and will be limited in more.
They have a feature wide out that is prone to injury and no real backup for either.

I have wondered about the Redskin's plans, even during the second Gibbs tenure, as to why they have not attempted to get that big punishing running back in the John Riggins mold.

I would have to believe that this will be the last year for the above three to stay together if there is no "Big" show of improvement.

I look at the Dan Snyder school of owning a team and must wonder, in Dan Snyder are what we seeing just another younger Al Davis, OR, in Al Davis is what we are seeing is just a much older Dan Snyder?

Either way, it does not say much for the future of the Redskins.
