Purcells brought a 1-15 Dolphins to 11-5 in one of seasoN. He did not go crazy spending on high priced, big name, players in his one off season. He went for guys that were comming off injuries, were hungry and had a good work ethic. MAGIC. Division Champs. If Green passes the physical, shows good attitude and work ethic....he becomes a Dolphin. IN BILL WE TRUST. Thank you for sneaking out of town, Mr. Sabin. His departure was the best thing that ever happened for the Fins.

I think I see a plan emerging. Sign some average players at a fair price to get this team back to average....8-8, 9-7. A couple of these guys we've never heard of will probably surprise us.
Can't wait until the draft!
CAN'T DISAGREE WITH YOU MORE. PURCELLS WANTING TO GO TO AVERAGE. i SAID FROM THE DAY THEY HIRED HIM, HE WANTS TO WIN NOW....We won the Division...that above average at 11-5. I know the argument is that we will have a much tuffer schedule this year. A winner never wants to go backward.. We will field a better team this year than last. We both agree about the draft...The Trifecta know exactly what they are doing.

Hungy players that play for the team not themselfs. Afraid to let their teammates down. Players who will play through the minor injuries for the team. Players who are willing to sacrifice for the team. These are football players and Parcells will find them. He likes hustle players instead of players who take plays off because they think they are special. No One player is special but as a group they are great together.FA are a different bred and it's very hard to figure if they let down after receiving a ton of money. It's all or nothing in Parcell's world. I rather have a overachieving team any day than a team full of greedy superstars.

Why are we so interested in giving contracts and signings to injured players????
Read my comment above. We went from 1-15 to 11-5 by doing so. But I guess you know more then the Trifecta. All injured guys Purcells signed were big, hungry, with good attitude and work ethic. DUH.

so, if we ARE looking for a corner either to start along side
will allen or for quality depth, why the heck are we not bringing in
mcfadden?

why waste time with a guy who is injured and doesnt seem to be better than anything we have. 2 int's since 2005?

dont waste your money bill!!!!!
