Rams need to change their offensive philosophy. Put in some two back set, move the qb around, maybe look into getting a more athletic qb who can expand the pocket, some bigger and more athletic offensive linemen. Time to look into a new kicker also.

It was a pity to see my team failing tackles, out of concentration, out of shape... I suggest the GM to get rid of the head coach and the rest of the coordinators ASAP.

It is time to shore up the offensive line. Our first pick must be Jake Long to backup/replace Pace. We cannot count on Pace to play more than 5 games. Then, we need to bring in free agent Alan Faneca for OG and resign Steussie to backup them all. Our free agent LB Chillar should be replaced by free agent Karlos Dansby.

Then, in succeeding rounds, we need a WR with size and speed to replace Bruce, a DE to succeed Little, a FG kicker, and an intelligent FS (not necessarily in that order).

And, of course, we need some proven coaches SOON!!!! Top players will not want to come here unless we have proven coaches who have developed star players and won in this league!!!!

If Frontiere & Shaw want to save this franchise they have to spend some big cash in the free agent market and bring in and pay for big time coaches.

I agree with what you said about the O-Line. I feel like if we can use that # 2 pick to draft a great offensive linemen there will be hope. I still hope that Pace isn't done yet and maybe not really plying this year was the break he needed. We still have Alex Baron who seemed to get it together a little this year, so there is potential. I think the other problem is the D-Line. We never seemed to be able to get pressure without blitzing, so I hope we spend this off season focusing on both lines. I hate to say this also, but maybe it's time to look to replace Bulger. He doesn't seem to respond to adversity very well, and he can't stay healthy. I know it's not all his fault, but he can't keep making excuses. This is his team, and since he took over the Rams haven't won a division title or made it past the divisional round in the playoffs. Never should have let Kurt Warner go. I also hope Isac Bruce comes back for one more year because he will be impossible to replace.

Amen on the special teams coach! It seems like no matter who they bring in they have the worst kick coverage in the league and their returners can't hang on to the ball. I did think Hasslet did OK though, just seemed to fall off at the end of the year.
