how can much fault be found in a defense that did not give up a touchdown in the minnesota game? i think adam did an excellent job and is deserving of continuted playing time.

not many 6'3 253 lb'ers that can run 4.55 like seward did at the combine, real awsome player that will find a way to ptove the critics wrong like he did in college abd high school

I think adam is awesome. I also think that he needs more play time. I mean heck last year... his rookie year he was on IR so bascially he did not play which means even though he was 2 years in the league this year he was still new as he had had no play time. He is really great at what he does and he is also really fan friendly!!! We love Adam here in Carolina!!!!!

Seward is the best LB in the leauge. If your smart you should have got him on your fantasy team. He is making Pro Bowl this year. Tell your friends

Seward and I go way back, Bonanza High School days. Not saying were we best friends, but i remember telling him in the summer before his senior year at UNLV that i expected good things from him in the NFL. All 10 UNLV football fans knew he was going pro.
