You'll always be a fan of the Browns? Or any expansion team named the Browns? I bet Art Modell doesn't look so bad now.

Wait a minute; some teams should not be allowed to relocate like the Browns, Colts, and Rams. The league screwed up when it let those move. These Browns are not the old Browns and I know people in Cleveland can't stand Modell, but the team was a lot more exciting to watch than these bums; talk about a mismanaged team.....and folks whine about TT!!!!! I don't think the new Browns have made the playoffs yet...the old Browns had players; Cosar, Sipe, Matthews, etc....this new organization is terrible at picking talent. I know because I was a Cleveland fan up until the team was moved to Baltimore.

We agree on this one. Not even TT has messed up a city like Cleveland did when they pushed Modell out of town. I admired how Modell attempted to field competitive teams. I used to enjoy watching the real Browns. The replacements are a travesty.

As I recall, Modell simply wanted a new stadium and what other owners were getting. He had to go to Baltimore to get it. Then Cleveland gave the replacements everything Modell had requested. I hope they are happy that their new team has a borrowed name that has no connection to the current team. That and the awesome uniforms must be enough to keep them happy.
