"Vick's goal is to rehabilitate his image"

"Vick has said he wants to work with the Humane Society of the United States on a program aimed at eradicating dogfighting among urban teens, society president Wayne Pacelle said Tuesday. Pacelle said he recently met with Vick at the federal prison in Leavenworth. Vick requested the meeting, one his attorneys, said."

That will help his image, but only because he got caught. What a joke. I would rather see him do nothing to stop dog fighthing than see his mug on anti-dogfighting things.

I get to go over you with my Louisville Slugger for about 60 seconds and the dog gets the "left-overs".
And we'll put your "left-overs" is the trash can where they belong.
Play another 10 yesrs? You're lucky if some dog owner doesn't off you in your first game.
Can't awit to see the instant re-play
:-))
Wow and this is an animal lover!
Grow up! You make the real animal advocates look bad.
Anyhow, this man committed a crime and is paying for it. If you think he got off easy then we must contact our reps, and congressmen so that stiffer laws are put in place.

Real animal advocates are well intentioned but lack the muscle of a .30 06. One ten cent round and vick never does it again. Once he's off probation he'll probally go back to it. Rounds will probably be 20 cents by then. Do it now and save money (and dogs).
BTW-YOU contact reps...Takes forever and never gets done right.
Maybe your dog is next!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, if you're into human torture, you're definitely killing dogs too.

He'll play in the NFL, don't worry. The NFL trumps everything. So long as your team wins the superbowl, a player could commit horrific crimes and no one would care.

This country is too forgiving. There is no personal responsibility anymore. Do the crime and eventually you will be absolved and life will go on...how does this deter others?

Keyboard gunslingers lack the conviction to just admit it's all about phallic symbolism.

What happened to "do the crime, do the time"? And, he's doing time at home too. If he serves his time, you have to move on.
Personally I think he's a total scumbag, and only wants to educate against dog fighting, because his agents told him he should. You never know, hopefully he has truly changed.

And the NFL should never allow him to play again! Or public opinion should influence that notion!

But it won't!

And "doing the time" is open to interpretation. Who says doing 2 years in jail is enough?

Daily Horoscope for November 25

Sagittarius

Your dreams could be very psychic during this time so pay attention to the language of your unconscious mind. Mercury and Venus blend well with the Pisces Moon to give you extraordinary insight into your self and perhaps others. You may not need to hear very much to understand what people are really trying to say.
