Poor Michael just has to figure out how to live on less of an income. He has in the past and does not deserve any special treatment now for any reason under the sun!

While I agree with you...you say that "employers who fire people normally do not hire them back under any circumstances." That's their choice though....whether they choose to do so is up to them. If you think about it, what is the number of any sort of place of employment that hire convicted felons, and yet he has a job now, with a Boys and Girls Club nonetheless. It is up to employers themselves as to whether or not they want to hire someone like that. You can't take away from what he was able to accomplish his previous career in the NFL, the amount of money he drew into not only the Falcons organization, but also the NFL itself. Now how football fans view him after all of this will be a determining factor, but someone who brought in as much money for the NFL as MV has, it would almost be a bad idea not to give him another shot. I know alot of you will jump down my throat, calling me a MV supporter, however I am not saying that rehiring him is a good idea in my eyes, but if you have something that works and makes money, why let it go? Simply from a business standpoint.

You just don't care about anything but seeing Vick back in the NFL do you Dowhat? I would really like to know what your motives are. I swear if you had to watch videos of Vick killing his dogs you would still get a bigger thrill out of watching him play. Is it because you might get a thrill out of killing animals too and it's a turn on to watch a man who has actually done these things? Sure looks suspicious to me.

Michael Vick only has remorse because he got caught. Had he not gotten caught, he would still be abusing and torturing innocent animals for profit. Why should he be reinstated? He's only shown that making that kind of money brings out the evil in him.. He made his bed...

Guess what people...you can post til you're blue in the face about whether or not MV deserves or doesn't deserve to be reinstated in the NFL, but it really doesn't matter what you think. The decision is not yours, therefore this stupid little back and forth bantering, insult slinging, joke of a message board is ridiculous.
I understand everyone's right to speak their mind, but 90% of you sound like you're about 5 years old. You all sound like you are trying to make a "big boy/girl" point, however in the end you sound more and more moronic.
I realize the amount of negative comments this is going to get from everyone...but don't think it bothers me. Bring it on, if you so choose, but do not look for me to respond, because I will not stoop to the level of actually having a "message board" argument. Seriously, some of you need to get a life.
At least I woke up a little bit when I read your post.

OK. Exactly how much money did Vick add to the pot of the NFL? Can you show a specific dollar amount that his presence alone added to their pockets? I know what you're saying but I much prefer seeing the evidence.
Also, how many people do you know that has squandered as much money as Vick has? How many people would take a chance on losing so much money just to spend time torturing and killing dogs?
Come on now, put your money where your mouth is.

Number 9: MY, my don't you have a very narrow of view of Black people. Here's what you need to do. Find out where the nearest Neo-Nazi/Klan headquarters is located and implore them to make you an honorary member. You know, sort of like a mascot. Since you seem to be pretty much on the same page in the way you think that we're all supposed to think, act, and be alike. They'll give you a little pointy hat and everything, AND an iron on Swastika patch for you Apple Bottom jeans.

I would NEVER take an employee back that was arrested for killing dogs.

Point well taken though some make it difficult to end the craziness.

All most of want is to express our individual opinions without the attacks.

We don't all think the same - some support Vick, some don't. Its that simple.

It's really quite simple why DOWHATSHEDO2HERSELF is here. She not only reveals her racist agenda but hypocritical side all in this one post.
<quoted text>
Notice the PC part in the above quote about "feeling the same way about any man" and then, in the exact same breath, saying she wouldn't be here "if he were white"? Um, can you be more contradictory?
Talk about killing two birds with one stone, she not only demonstrates her racist character but level of hypocrisy all in one paragraph.
DOWHATSHEDO2HERSELF has regretted that post ever since she hit the post comment button on that one. The vick case is all about race with her, always has been, always will be.
Second chances, paying your debt to society, forgiveness, redemption, etc. are all just smoke screens for her blind support of vick since he is black, pure and simple.
She proves it with her own words.
