Ridiculous!!! This is rampant everywhere!!! In Western Mass it is the same problem with farm stand operators. Too bad...You would expect this from a big city not a small home town.

One or two villains spoil it for everyone. Locks go on, people have to worry about their stuff, you have to treat strangers with suspicion. Life gets a little less civilized.
