I had a piece of sashimi a while ago I didn't recognize that I really liked, and I never thought to ask what it was. It was a very flat, milky white color without any shine or gloss to it. Kinda looked like tofu. It had a really buttery texture. I've heard melt-in-your-mouth used a lot, but this was as close to being literally so that anything I've ever had has been. Anyone happen to know what it was?
