This is what I eat daily when I am working out and need a super clean meal with protein. The only source of fat is the healthy olive oil. The chicken, quinoa, and edamame all have protein, and it has healthy vegetables and fiber. You could live off this meal and be in great shape. I make enough for all my lunches in the week and eat it every day at work.
I personally just throw this all in a steamer like this:

and forget about it, but you can cook it in a pan as well.
The steamer will make the chicken so tender that it tears off with a fork, but the olive oil and other marinades will make the chicken very tender if you fry them in a pan.

1 small bag Green beans
1 small bag Shelled (just the bean) Edamame
Paprika
Pepper
Olive oil
Vinegar
1 teaspoon Crushed Garlic
Lemon
Lime

Worcestershire sauce
Thyme
Cilantro
Basil
Chopped red onions – 1 cup

Preparation:
Put ½ cup quinoa in the bottom of the steamer. Add 1 cup water,½ cup vinegar, two tablespoons olive oil, and 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce. Add 5 pieces of chicken breast. Coat chicken breasts in pepper, paprika, cilantro, basil, thyme, lemon juice, and lime juice. Add onions, mustard, and garlic. Add green beans and edamame. Coat veggies with a thin layer of butter. Close steamer and cook. Set steamer to frozen chicken or the longest time it has. Most steamers will be ready in about 45 minutes.
