I'm shocked! A Pasta rinser...I thought you knew better. Rinsing may bring the temp down,(and why would you want too do that, unless you are attempting to make a cold pasta salad in a big hurry), but it also rinses away starches that help your sauce stick and some nutrients. Shame on you!
