Interesting concept....how does one pull the plow? Organic oxen, or low emission tractor?

Are there any studies which indicate the amount of residual 'chemical' pass through from animal waste into food meant for human consumption?

Do you really care where the nitrogen source originates for your grains, fruits, and vegetables?

And how much more are you willing to pay for "Certified" Veganic foodstuff, versus "Organic", versus standard fare, versus Wal-mart salinated, versus Chinese import?

Quality versus Contamination versus Marketing study...track the dollar/dQ/dC/yuan rate for a Happy Medium!
