This headline makes me giggle.

I am a fan of the grilled chicken southwest salad from Jack in the box. I don't know allt he calorie count, but it is tasty and fresh. I like it!

The calories and fat content is very misleading..That has to be dressing included. Use your own fat free dressing or one that they have and the salad is alot less fattening

First of all I like iceberg lettuce for a salad.
Secondly - I DO make my own croutons at home
and Finally - Of course Wendy's salad tasted the best - look at the ... 690 calories, 41 grams fat, 120 mg cholesterol, 1,470 mg sodium, 24 grams carbs - You might as well have ordered a real BLT.
