Help goes long way toward weight loss

Tom Williamson's low-fat diet and exercise routine have rubbed off on his dog. Before he lost weight, Williamson would sit on a low rock wall at The Ramble and throw balls for his black Lab, Tina, to retrieve.

Wow, apparently help is helpful. That's news. Most ppl who lose weight with fasting gain it back and more. But nice unlabeled advertising for Mission.

Is this program cost a lot? How often do you have to go?

To be successful at weight loss, it MUST began in the head. If you have your head straight about it , it is easier. Getting your mind made up is the hard part. It don't take money, it takes determination!

This man has accomplished and incredible feat, and I applaud him.

There are sayers and doers when it comes to weight loss, and this man made a lifestyle change and now looks great and I'm sure feels great. He bucked a sedentary and gluttonous lifestyle.

I'm sure the program was not cheap, but losing 74lbs is incredible and there can't be a pricetag put on someone's health, confidence, and mobility. He'll avoid 10x that cost he paid for the assistance by living a healthy lifestyle.

Some people pay $700/month for that fancy truck or SUV, while others direct their money to a healthier lifestyle.

Except that it doesn't cost anything to eat well and be active, and that is the only way to lose weight and keep it off. If the ACT is going to 'report' on such programs, they should report how much weight the average customer loses and how long they keep it off. Good for this man, and I hope that he does keep the weight off, but the statistics are not in his favor.

Most people cannot afford the program and very few can afford the $700.00 month truck payment and now with the gas, well, it's easy to Stop at MickeyD's for a meal.....If you make that type of money and invest it their for your health, than thats great and the best for you. But, most people live in the real world......
