REALLY!!! When I worked at McDonalds we had people coming through the drive-thru drunk that could barely talk! We HAD to calmly take their order, no matter how long it took.

Rapping the order sounds alot more entertaining then a drunk that can't talk!

I would have thought it was funny, plus they said no one was behind them.

This is a manger with an attitude! I read things like this and it make me not want to give them my business, I am glad my 3 kids don't even like McDonalds.

Utah's pretty rigid, especially in the Salt Lake area.
And adult society takes no 'guff' from kids.
eg: kids are routinely sent home for swearing on school property.
Anyway, for those of us not living there, this kind of issue seems unreasonable on several different layers.
But to many Utah-ens, this is how they want it, and they could really care how they are visualized by the rest of us.

The upside of this rigidity is that one can walk the streets of Salt Lake at all hours with virtually no concerns for safety.
The downside is that once in a while some wacko sprays bullets all over the Trolley Mall in the heart of downtown.

...and the skiing is the best in the USA, maybe the world.

Used to work nights in downtown Salt Lake in the early 1990s. I recalls gangs and drug dealers wandering around stiring things up; women walking by themselves were often solicited by passersby. Unless things have changed drastically, there is still much concern for safety in Salt Lake.

I'm surprised McDonald's Corporation hasn't gotten involved to squelch the entire issue. This is a business known for being kid-friendly and these kids were snubbed, then cited, for having fun at the restaurant. It's a scar I wouldn't think McDonald's would want. In fact, these kids should all get a free meal!

Great negative PR for Mickey D's. What a bunch of idiots (and I'm not talking about the kids).
