I have some problems with candida, and decided to give garlic a try. I can eat a clove or two of garlic without any problems (except the smell^^).
Anyways, when reading online about garlic supplements, most sites seems to say the same thing: Garlic powder is pretty much useless, unless they contain a stable amount of bio-available allicin, like Allisure, Allimax, Alliforce, Allitru, Alli-C etc. My question is, are these supplements actually BETTER than chewing 2 cloves of fresh garlic? I mean, obviously the advantage of supplements is that they dont make you smell. The disadvantage is that they are more expensive than fresh garlic. HOWEVER, if these supplements actually does not only get rid of the smell, but ALSO are better than fresh garlic, than they may very well be worth the price. It would be great if someone more knowledgeable than me could shine some light on this. Should I continue chewing raw garlic, or should I get my hand on one of these supplements? THANK YOU!!!! |

I have taken Alli C and have gotten great results, with the garlic breath. I highly reccomend it, and always keep it around.
Alli C is a potent antioxidant, a natural antibiotic allicin supplement, an odorless garlic supplement which boosts the immune system to get rid of cold and flu viruses, this allicin supplement is antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal and antimicrobial. Alli-C™ capsules contain 300mg. of odorless pure Allicin powder, equivalent to eating 30-40 bulbs of garlic - but without getting "garlic breath". Alli-C™ delivers real Allicin in a naturally effective dose. to learn more about Alli C visit: http://www.superiornutritionandhealth.com/nat... |

I would stick with the Fresh Organic and freshly crushed Garlic. The first answer you received was obviously an advertisement. If you don't have the Garlic smell, its not working, I'm sorry, but that's the Yin of the Yang of Garlic, you can't get something for nothing.

I am listening to allicin C guy now and he just said they can make an amazingly amount of capsules with a small amount of garlic because of their efficient process. Didn't sound right to me. I agree. You can't get something for nothing. But if you get creative you can find some pretty tasty ways to use fresh garlic. Put your money into a good garlic press and take good care of it. Get some essential oils or deodorant if your worried about other people. Nothing beats fresh raw garlic. It's the real thing.

Unless your primary concern is repelling vampires, I cannot understand why you would consider garlic breath a "great result." |
