Her food tastes as good as it looks! She has made French cooking easy to do in the American kitchen.

I took a cooking class at her home, a gift from my MIL, and had such a great time! She is so very approachable and makes the menu easy to understand and prepare. I enjoy cooking but am not great at it but I know that I can duplicate what we cooked. Also the atmosphere was very relaxing.
