I ordered a Big Mac once and I'll tell ya that if I wanted a sponge that I go to SuperStore notMcDonald's. The Big Mac was soaked with grease.

No one is telling anyone they can't eat a Big Mac. They are requiring information so that people can make an informed decision. I doubt most people think a Big Mac is health food, but to actually see how many calories it is brings it to a whole new level of understanding. |

Actually, yes. I try and look that info up online before I go out. It's not always available online or a computer isn't handy. It would be great to always have the information available. Somethings one things might be a good choice are actually not and it's useful to know that. |
