Joe Toole lost a boatload of money on this. I think when word got around that he had signed a petition to not let gays marry, people realized he is mean spirited and stopped going to his restaurant.

I hope it works out for them I'll give them a shot but why fix what's not broken? The have a nice underground following they're like morningsides best kept secret. I hope they're able to stay afloat with a bigger building. More tax and overhead plus a big mortgage.

I didn't know that.

That's why I don't go to Patricks anymore.

The owner of Patricks told one of his waitresses to tell a group of her friends to stop coming to the bar because he doesn't want "those people" at his bar.

I've got no particular love for gays, I just hate bigots.

Thank fake-Jesus that you don't manage a business! It would just die, withering on the vine, in desperate need of fresh air.

Gees. Man up and do something!

I think the move is going to be the best thing for Mazzeo's. The parking alone is going to be better. I love the original restaurant, but the new restaurant is going to be great. I'll be there with bells on as well as everyone else!

If only you got a toy with your meal. That was possibly the greatest idea to ever come from McDonalds.

I guess ALL the people that boycotted Joe's restaurant will NEVER go to Maine.

It's going to be sad to see them move, most likely raise their prices and cater to more out-of-towners, but hey, you have to be creative in order to make some dough in 2009.

The Mazzeo family rocks! I'll be a good customer, and those boys understand customer service like their parents did. Good luck, guys.

Apparently YOU know nothing about business because all business no matter what it us carry risk you have to be willing to take. Now get off the computer you're going to be late customers are depending on you to bag their groceries. When we need to make a big decision like paper or plastic we'll call you untill then cuddle up with your boyfriend and stay warm ok sweet cheeks.
Wow.

You truly are "pro gun". Like Nik Hexxon says, "guns are for pewsies". And "pewsies" like you are scared to change. No bawls, boy. No bawls.

By the way, if that's the best comeback you have to combat the truth, I win.

By the way, it is so very obvious that you are a bigot.

You targeted my because I am an advocate for gay rights, and then you turn right around and suggset that if I were to have a boyfriend that would be some sort of insult.

Wow. That's just ignorant of you. I mean, I expect rednecks to be ignorant. But I say that I like gays and then you call me gay to insult me?

You are just really, really bad at this internet-battle thing.

Pro Gun has just been completely humiliated and embarrassed. I would be surprised if he ever posted on the interweb again.

Oh don't worry he will keep on posting, ignorance is bliss. The only thing Pro Gun is good at is coming up with new clever ways to post vulgar language on this site. He sure excels at that! He couldn't match wits with a fruit fly aka drosophilia melanogaster for us science geeks.

I think Aster's was great. I was very sorry to see it close.

I occasionally eat at Mazzeo's, it's not at all on the same scale as Aster's was but they might do well at there new location. However, I wish the brothers weren't rude, arrogant and ROTTEN to there employees. Word of mouth travels very fast in the restaurant business. It's a very known well known FACT.

Daily Horoscope for November 23

Libra

Today can be one of the most romantic this month, as the nurturing Moon lights up your fifth house. Express your love and affection and find it returned to you several times over; you can multiply your joy today by spreading it around. Watch out for too much of a good thing, however. There are bound to be killjoys who will resent your blithe spirit; don't waste your happiness on those who are enjoying a foul mood.
