having a break on slim forte/lida

hey all,

so ive been taking the slim forte pills which is similar to the lida pills for one month, the first few weeks i was loving watching the weight just fall off, but i've noticed that the last week or 2 there hasn't been much or even any loss at all, i know you body can get immuned to them.

I last week brought more so guesing they should be here in a week or 2, but just wanted to know if you have had the same thing happen or know of anyone who has.

do you think i should stick to my healthy eating diet and have a break from the pills than continue to take them again?

anyone who has an idea on this and own experience please let me know

I am taking them for longer time , maybe about 4-5 months after a while you will start to lose again. dont worry just keep taking.
