Nuvida and Lida Daidaihua

Is anybody else here taking Nuvida? I just found this Topix site last night and I would LOVE to chat and compare notes with others! I started looking into Asian diet pills when I saw the FDA warning and ended up buying Nuvida because the seller said that it’s the original Lida Daidaihua formula. I figured for $30 it was worth a chance and I’m SO glad I went for it! I feel like a stupid infomercial typing this - I swear I’m not a salesperson LOL!!

As far as how I feel taking Nuvida (I’m on the 6th day now), I have experienced: 1) Slight nausea that thankfully disappeared yesterday 2) Difficulty sleeping 3) Constipation 4) A weird, distant kind of feeling like my brain is foggy or my thought process is muddled, though I can still focus on my work 5) Loss of appetite – YAY!!

Of course the loss of appetite is the only reason I could put up with the other side effects – the pills have killed my desire to stuff my face with food! I do get hungry at meal times and when I eat I could still easily eat junk food instead of healthy food so I need to use some willpower, but it’s not too hard. The hunger pains took me by surprise because I really like to eat just for the sake of eating, so it’s rare that I go long enough without food to actually get hungry. Now I simply eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and don’t feel the compulsion to snack. When I eat my meals, I find that I don’t eat nearly as much because I feel full pretty quick. I hope that this is truly a miracle because I have a LOT of weight to lose – I just need a “little helper” because I can’t or won’t do it on my own.

Well, that’s all for now – I really hope to hear from others! Even if you’re taking a different Asian diet pill, it would be great to compare results between the different products and who the good sellers are!

I actually am very familiar with the Nuvida. It is definitely the real deal. Continue to take it just as you are and you will see all the side effects go away in anywhere from 1-2 weeks. They you will continue to have your appetite curved and the weight will continue to fall off.

Just remember, eat your 3 meals daily, regardless of your appetite and drink LOTS of water. Your body needs it.

FG- those side effects are a bit worriesome! I have something that would do the same thing but not make you constipated or have insomnia or foggy brain! When you finish your supply I think maybe you should switch brands to something that doesnt give you these side effects. Thats usually a sign of something bad.

Thanks Leila – I read about the Mingmo stuff you sell and it was a toss up as to whether I’d try it or Nuvida. I hate to say it, but I’m skeptical as to whether a product that causes no side effects as you claim would be effective for me. I see that there has been some feedback posted about your product, so I’ll follow that and see what others have to say. If it really is effective and causes no side effects, I’d definitely order.

Thanks Brooke! Do you take Nuvida or do you sell it? I’m curious about Unitrim – do you know if it’s considered stronger/more effective than Nuvida. Nuvida is definitely working for me, but if there’s something even better I’d like to try it.

I bought mine from myepiphani.com . After taking it for 4 days, I weighed myslef on 1/6 and again on 1/9 - I lost 3 pounds during those 3 days. I plan to weigh weekly, so I'll have an update this Friday. The side effects can be rough at times - for instance, I'd REALLY like to get a full night's sleep again, but I'm willing to suffer a little bit if I lose a good amount of weight!

I am taking nuvida for the first time this week and am so excited. I have alot of weight to lose as well!!! I havent weighed myself but know that its a lot, I was just wondering how many months are you (brooke) doing this for?

Hello all... I have been taking nuvida for about 2 weeks now. I have lots around 14 pounds, and im not sure if it was because of the pills or not i was recently sick and hardly ate for like 4 days, but now I am back to normal and I havent really changed my diet that much other than way smaller portions and lots of water. So i faith that its working somehow. Ill check in again soon and report anymore weightloss!! Good Luck to all

I live in the same city you do and am interested in trying Nuvida. My sister is on it and she has lost 16 pounds in less than 1 month. Do you have someone here that you buy from? If so, may I have their contact info?

I am also taking Nuvida, I love it. i ahve lost about 6 lbs and I started taking it on the 1st of April. The only side effect I have is, cotton Mouth. I does make you NOT want to eat. I have to almost force myslef to eat somedays.Not only have I lost some pounds, I have noticed some fat going away. Like that bothersome belly. I will continue to take it as long as I can , Or get to what I feel good at. Good Luck Everybody

My husband brought home a bottle of Nuvida from work when several of his coworkers tried it. He has cyclical depression, and I had been walking on egg shells for several weeks. His mood improved immediately! He is so much nicer to be around that I told him he could take it forever, as far as I'm concerned. He tried the extra strength product, and got no added benefit, and his mood was not so good. He has been taking it for about three months now, and has lost from 176 to 157. He has given up his cokes without seeming to miss them. He came home and said he was the "poster child", since someone from the community came to his work place to see how they were working for him. Constipatition has been a managable problem, and he said he has some "hot flashes" which he figured was caused by accelerated metabolism.

I forgot to mention that hubby is waking up real early! Like 4:00 AM! Mowed the lawn at 6:30 AM last satuday! He wants me to take it, but I have some vascular problems, so it is not recomended.

as long as he is sure to drink plenty of water, constipation should not be an issue. i also sell unitrim. unitrim is recommended after about 2-3 months after taking nuvida.

Does unitrim offer the mood elevation that nuvida has? How about the appetite supression? Is there a difference in price? Why is the change needed?
